AND RESPONSIBILITIES
MANAGEMENT;
The
Management of Buchan Dial-a-Community Bus and subsidiary companies
will be responsible for the overall health and safety of the
organisation, with the Manager being responsible for the implementation
of the organisation’s health and safety policy.
To this end he/she is required to issue specific policies, procedures,
rules and guidelines, codes of practice, and other forms of
instruction and guidance, as appropriate to health and safety
within their control.
EMPLOYEES / VOLUNTEERS;
Employees
and volunteers of Dial-a-Community Bus must take care of their
own health and safety, as well as those of passengers and any
others who may be affected by their acts or omissions.
Employees will allow any duty or requirements to be performed
or complied with if that duty is imposed under any relevant
statutory provision. They must not intentionally or recklessly
interfere with, or misuse anything provided in the interest
of health and safety or welfare.
