Responsive Transport
What
is A2B dial-a-bus in Peterhead and Fraserburgh?
'A2B'
dial a bus is a demand responsive door-to-door transport service,
provided by Aberdeenshire Council in partnership with Buchan
Dial-a-Community Bus. Passengers can ask to travel at any time
within the operating hours of the service.
Who
qualifies for the service?
Those
who cannot access public transport due to disability or infirity,
or who have limited access to conventional public transport
How
do I book a seat?
To travel,
you must book a seat in advance by phoning the dedicated number
01224 665599 between 9.30am and 3.30pm,
Monday to Friday
Upon completion of the registration process, bookings can be
taken up to one week in advance but must be made no later than
the day before travelling.
Please
be ready around 15 minutes before your pick-up time.
Whilst we will make every effort to meet your request for a
booking at the time required, we book on a first come, first
served basis and we may ask you to adjust the time slightly
to fit in with our schedule.

The
services operate to Peterhead and Fraserburgh from outlying
towns and rural villages.

Much does it cost?
Zonal
fares apply. Concession Card holders and Taxi Card holders travel
free.
